No. 41 Squadron will once again attend Plimmerton School’s annual gala with flight simulators on projectors and offering the chance for any pilots to enter a competition to win a Radio Controlled Helicopter.
This follows a recent visit by an RNZAF Iroquois to the school – see article below.
Of course any Year 8 pupils will be effectively eligible to join the Squadron, so hopefully we will be able to take them to fly a real aeroplane or helicopter in 2013.
