Over the weekend of the 12th to 14th of April, a large proportion of the Squadron shipped over to Fernside in the Wairarapa for Basic Bushcraft.
Here the Cadets set up camp and undertook a variety of bushcraft skill and outdoor survival training. Topics covered included safe river crossing, fire lighting and fire safety.
