Over the period 18 – 19 August 2012 the Central Area Cadet Unit Commanders Conference was held at RNZAF Base Ohakea and was attended by FLTLT Tristan Will. The conference included updates on Cadet Forces, the NZ Defence Force and the goings on in Central Area.
On Monday 10 September Cadet Joseph Mijares and Cadet Daniel Drummond were awarded their Shooting Competency Badges by Staff Sergeant Noel Swift M.StJ.
